Restaurant Pian del Sole welcomes you in a large dining room, where beautiful stained glass windows allow you to enjoy in all seasons of the year, a view of the village of Sassello and the hills that surround it. At the table you can taste the simple and natural, but at the same time creative and refined, Chef Ivano Ravera, which is inspired by Liguria and Piedmont.
Particularly cured product research, many locally sourced, such as stone-ground flour in the mill Redwing, game, meat slaughtered in the country, mushrooms, garden vegetables: top quality ingredients with which the Chef prepares fresh pasta, sliced local meat, the "shard of wood" and all the other specialties of the house, from appetizer to dessert, including the inevitable macaroons. Menu protagonists are also the delights that offers the nearby Ligurian Sea, as the marinated sea bass or tuna carpaccio.
The cellar offers an extensive selection of wines from Liguria, Piedmont and France, as well as brandies, liqueurs, champagne for special occasions. Finally, for lovers of pizza, more than 20 different flavors every night, always in the à la carte menu.
